The Faithfull Diamond Sharpening Stone Kit is ideal for quick, easy and effortless sharpening of any blade and many other tools.
The double sided 8mm thick metal stone is electroplated with monocrystalline diamond in two grits, 400G Coarse & 1000G Fine, each can be easily accessed by simply releasing the stone from the docking station and turning it over.
The benefit of this stone over a traditional abrasive sharpening stone is that the sharpening surface remains absolutely flat and will not ‘groove’ over time. This is essential in order to provide consistent straight edged on precision cutting tools such as wood chisels and plane irons.
Diamond stones will sharpen carbon steel, HSS and tungsten carbide tools and may also be used to abrade glass, ceramic tiles and porcelain and may be used dry or with water as a lubricant. Used for general purpose sharpening of knives, scissors, chisels, plane blades, cutting blades, TCT router bits and any tool that requires a sharp edge.
The docking station is constructed using three solid, non-slip rubber pads and robust steel rods that are fitted with easy grip screw nuts for precise and firm fixing of the stone. The docking station is adjustable to accept stones from 135 to 216mm in length and has a 6mm deep recess to provide a secure and firm base for all sharpening operations.

Many of our products are available on a 2-3 day delivery but as we offer the complete range of Stihl products we do ask to allow 4-5 working days for delivery as products are subject to availability. Delivery is free for orders delivered within Ireland over €100. For all orders under €100 delivery is €5.95.
We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, and most items are sent out on a 48hr courier service (2 working days). Some oversized orders can take between 4 and 5 days. If an order is placed before 2pm it is usually dispatched 48hrs. Some bulkier items (especially those delivered on pallets) may take longer to arrive and the carrier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. All orders received after 1:30pm Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following week. Please take into account orders placed at busy holiday times can take longer, as this is out of our control. Please contact us if you require your item more quickly as we may be able to help.
Once products are shipped, GLS our courier partner will send you tracking details so you can follow the progress of your delivery. At the point of delivery you will be required to sign for your parcel in order to take ownership of the goods.
If for some reason you should receive a package which is damaged, do not sign for it and refuse to accept it from the courier. Inform us straight away and we will replace your order as soon as possible.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. That's why if you aren't happy with it for whatever reason* within 14 days of delivery date, we'll refund or replace it for you (excluding shipping costs).
Goods for return must be unused and in original condition and packaging.
If you need to return something for any reason, whether it's not the right tool for the job or if it's faulty. Please get in touch with us to organise a return. We strive to make this as simple and easy as possible.
- If unwanted, products must unopened, be in the original condition and box you received them in.
- Simply return the product using your chosen method.
- Once we receive your item back at the warehouse, we'll refund you (excluding shipping costs) within 72 hours once the item is unused and in a sellable condition.
- Please note no returns will be excepted withour a valid returns number from us that is clearly marked on the ourside of the packaged item been returned.
